Pick-Up Bed Tonneau Cover
KEY FEATURES:
The aluminum construction ensures both safety and longevity. The cover features a standing seam system with aluminum slats that effectively resist knife penetration and water. A built-in lock enhances security, making unauthorized access difficult. Its integrated sealing and drainage system keeps the bed and cargo dry in all weather, shielding them from UV rays, dust, rain, and snow—even during washes.
HARDWARE:
The cover consists of aluminum slats, two side rails, and an aluminum canister equipped with a tension control and drainage system. The canister conveniently stores the slats when the cover is retracted.
DESIGN:
This aluminum cover sits nearly flush with the truck bed and supports up to 600 lbs of evenly distributed weight. Finished with a dark matte powder coat, it resists scratches and corrosion. Unlike tri-fold covers, it doesn’t hinder visibility when opened and remains safe during driving.
USER-FRIENDLY:
Simply unlock the cover, and it will slide open towards the cabin along the side rails, requiring no tailgate lowering. Operable with one hand, it eliminates the hassle of snaps and heavy lifting.
INSTALLATION:
Installation is clamp-based, requiring no drilling (though some models may need holes for drainage). The cover and tailgate lock automatically when fully closed. In open country, it provides greater security than a soft tarp.

SEALING ELEMENTS:
Seal sponge and rubber strips are installed at the bulkhead and bed rails, while additional rubber fittings are placed on the tailgate.

The design of the two side rails includes T-slots that make it easy to install specific types of truck bed racks and other accessories. Most truck bed racks are compatible with the T-slot, which measures 7*8*16 mm.. Further details can be found in the accompanying image.
The side rails near the cab do not fully cover the truck bed rail. This design allows for the installation of certain roll bar types while ensuring there is enough space for mounting without compromising the bed cover's aesthetics.
Since the truck bed is not rectangular, unlike the rectangular bed cover, the two side rails near the tailgate fully cover the bed rail, whereas those near the cab do not completely cover it.
