Constructed from aluminum, this cover offers exceptional safety and durability. The standing seam slat system ensures resistance to water and knives. A built-in lock secures the cover from unauthorized access. Its sealing and drainage features keep the cargo area dry and protected from all weather elements, including UV rays, dust, and precipitation—even during washing.
CONSTRUCTION:
The panel is made up of aluminum slats, supported by two side rails and an aluminum canister that includes a drainage and tension control system. The canister also stores the slats when the cover is retracted.
AESTHETICS:
Designed to sit flush with the truck bed, this aluminum cover can bear up to 600 lbs of evenly distributed weight. Its dark matte powder-coated finish protects against scratches and corrosion. Unlike tri-fold designs, it maintains visibility when opened and doesn’t disrupt safe driving.
SIMPLE OPERATION:
Unlocking the cover allows it to slide towards the cabin effortlessly, with no need to lower the tailgate. Operable with one hand, it avoids the complications of snaps or heavy tri-fold covers.
INSTALLATION:
The cover installs easily with clamps, requiring no drilling (though some models may need holes for drainage). It locks automatically when fully closed, providing more security than soft tarps in open areas.

Its aerodynamic, snug design can help lower fuel consumption. The side rails feature two T-slots for attaching luggage racks and accessories, effectively increasing storage capacity.
ANTI-COLLISION PROTECTION:
The canister includes anti-collision features to protect against damages, ensuring smooth retraction. Handles are also protected to prevent cover and tailgate damage.
DRAINAGE SYSTEM:
Featuring four drain pipes and two outlets, this cover ensures proper drainage. Some truck models may require drilling for installation.
SEALING STRIPS:
Seal sponge and rubber strips are fitted at the bulkhead, bed rails, and tailgate to keep debris out.

The two side rails feature T-slots that facilitate the installation of specific truck bed rack types and other accessories. Most truck bed racks fit into the T-slot, which measures 7816 mm. More details are available in the image.
The side rails close to the cab do not cover the truck bed rail completely. This design is intended to allow the installation of certain roll bar types while providing enough space for mounting without affecting the appearance of the bed cover.
As the truck bed is not rectangular, unlike the rectangular bed cover, the bed rail is fully covered by the two side rails near the tailgate, but not by those near the cab.
